Hey everyone. I have been in the industry for quite some time and every investor we work with have auto renewed a client in house and would alert us on the funded deal. Everest is the only funder that we have not received ANY inhouse renewal funded deals with. We do majority of our business with Everest and its hard to believe that clients dont go directly to Everest for more money. Has anyone ever got paid from Everest doing their renewal in house?

You're going to want to bring it to their attention, call ISO Support and ask about the deals you believe renewed and put pressure on them

A question you should be asking is: what is your default rate on EBF deals?
