About the file: Company is in the hospitality sector, two open positions Amex and Square totaling approximately 350k, both are monthly repayments. The business is generating between 700k and 750k monthly, ADB 275k+ looking for 550k to open 3rd brick and mortar. TIB 13 yrs. I have the 550k I'm looking for but over 12 months, I need 18 to 24.

I can finance the the brick and mortar if you are buying the property. If it's working capital for expansion, any reason SBA wouldn't work? Are they making money and have cash flow?

I could possibly get him a 24-30 month loan here with mixed amortization if needed or fully amortized 2-3 week closing time approval based off ebitda and ar/collateral. Just based off info provided assuming he's at 20% ebitda margin he could potentially get a 1.6-2 million loan pretty easily.
