I have funded mortgage brokers in the past. We will not go out to 12 months maybe around 6 months on the first few deals if it is a clean file. My first position renewals work kind of like a line of credit as well.

Are they looking to expand their line? I have several programs where we only lend to lenders. terms are 2-5 years depending on the type of loan product they offer and the overall health of the platform. This doesn't just apply to Mortgage lenders any type of lender would be eligible as long as they are healthy.

If they hold the notes I can turn them into REITS, if the notes themselves are doing 1M usd a month you’re looking at a minimum of 3M in funding
