I do car dealerships and will go out to 6 months. I do not know what you consider a lower rate being. If it is a first position our renewals are a true add on that work a little like a line of credit. I just had a car dealership go bad on me 2 months ago so there is a reason why a lot of funders wont fund them or give shorter terms with higher rates. We need tax returns on submissions due to the very high cost of goods to analyze the real revenue along with the app and 4 full months of bank statements.
