I have a PR deal that looks pretty good on the surface. The possible challenge is they use a PR bank. If you can do PR construction deals that use a PR bank, please let me know. I have the statements and the deposits and balances are solid. He also supposedly has a 700+ credit score.

And do they own the land or is there a lien?
Have they done grading, permits, entitlements, final map and shovel ready?

we fund in PR. Is the merchant a general contractor or do they specialize in a certain field of construction?
