It should not be a problem! ....
Sign-up with Cresthill Capital and receive "Double Digit" commissions, that's RIGHT!! (new 2015 structure!). same on renewals!!
we specialize is funding B/C/D paper/ construction/ Home based/ logistics/ trucking/insurance agencies/ NO auto sales . we also have a micro-funding-program (less invasive underwriting model) making aggressive offers from 2K and up (CA. minimum 5k).
Fast underwriting with fewest stips commissions paid Tuesday and Thursday

Bwaaah ha ha ha ha! Buck up, I had a guy with 200k approved and they did not pull background until the contracts were in and submitted and all stips were cleared.....then it turned out he'd played hide the soap in club fed over a little bolivian marching powder. Happens to the best and worst of us.

If all these HR lenders declined I'd be open to anyone who could offer you information.

Haha well, it must have been a financial crime or something very serious. Tell us the nature of the crime so we know what you're working with? and SIC code please.

If the merchant has commercial accounts receivables or heavy equipment to use as collateral that would be a realistic approach to getting funded. If the felony was for any type of money or bank fraud then it will probably still be a no.

What was the crime? If it was financial there may not be a thing anybody can do, so you should be aware to be careful with your time.

I got a file from an ISO once and probably did not check out the Merchant as much as I should have........we got an offer....he accepted. After we sent in contracts the Underwriter sent us an email with a link. I clicked on the link and it was a newspaper article about the Merchant (complete with a picture of him doing a perp walk) getting arrested for Fraud........needless to say that one did not ever get funded!!

I think we got this deal from someone yesterday as well. If it is the same deal, the bank statements are doctored and the conviction is finance related.

That they submitted altered statements to any lender is a character issue. That you're shopping it is a character issue as well.

I need a Partner to Fund a Difficult Deal
It was money laundering. I know the merchant. Won't say merchants name but I googled him and beyond the conviction was a laundry list of shady stuff. Anyone would be a fool to offer him a dime.
