If he has property, I can take out positions witih a low interest monthly payment.

And I have access to an accounting team that can go in and overhaul his finances, amend returns, etc.

Aside from the fact that you have stacked this merchant to the gills. 1.38 sell rate on an 8th position????? That seems ALMOST as crazy to me, unless you're putting 0 points in the deal.

True. To be fair it's not my way either, but then again neither is stacking my own merchants. AAAALLLLLLLLLLLLL of that aside, how do you expect an underwriter to get comfortable with a deal like that at a 1.38 sell rate???? My mind is truly blown. Everyday it's somethin ain't it?

Yeah, he "needs" an 8th position because of you.

When he starts defaulting and gets cut off from additional funding, his only option at that point would be to close his doors and probably put a lot of people and families out of work (not that you give a **** after bragging that you're the one who got him in this spot in the first place).
