Came across a file, a hotel business averaging about $150,000 in revenue in CA, He is looking for a term loan, him and his partner both have good credit, 680 and 720. Is this a file you would consider.

As we discussed, get your client to complete a Schedule of Real Estate and also Fico score.

That will be easier and quicker than a term loan. And it's 1% a month interest only for 10 years. Then amortized 20. So 12% interest vs. 10.5% for SBA Term loan.
