Equipment is about 1.2M they can pay up to 50%

Depends what type of equipment but you really should be looking for a lease on equipment

Doesn't depend. It sounds like it is either OTR trucks or medical equipment.

Balboa does Equipment Financing but not sure about their TIB requirements...

TIB is important. Distressed credit or no TIB usually means a deposit. 3+ years and not alot of bullet holes in the credit, north of 580 it can get done.
