Sergio is an amazing team leader and the work culture at Tip Top is truly the best. I've never been a part of such a positive team before and would recommend Tip Top to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Tip top are good guys. They probably couldn't talk him out of stacking and it comes down to either doing it or going to the original funder for an addon.

Youd all do the same if it came down to it. If a merchant tells you he will stack regardless with another brokers deal, what will you do?

We've had this discussion on the forum before. I think we can all agree that there is a reasonable way to stack your own merchant when the situation calls for it and they are going to give another shop your commission if you don't. Especially if your renewal commission was in important part of getting into the black on that particular deal. There's something to be said about the merchant that shows a little loyalty(which is rare) and comes to you first when in need of additional capital. All of that is fine and dandy and you can make a VERY good argument for it. That being said there is a line that is drawn somewhere between that and stacking your merchant for the 8th time albeit a somewhat arbitrary one. I'm going to quote Supereme Court Justice Potter Stewart in regards to obscenity it's somewhat hard to define, but he said "I know it when I see it". The line with your merchants and acceptable and unacceptable stack behavior is hard to define exactly, but I know it when I see it.

Some look for quick commission, some look for residual commission. Clearly this is a quick commission type of person. (Tip Top, not you Zone)
I as a funder would not tolerate that. If your submit with clear transparency of looking for a hop on, I offer something. If you give me a submission and ask for Max, yet on the low you're going to stack, kick rocks, bro.The Brokers Nightmare
