I have no credit requirement on my sba loans as long as he's not full of delinquencies he should qualify for a decent loan.

Send me the file, I'm a new funder in town and this is something I can definitely work with.
First thing i would ask is why has he has taken 3 MCA loans in such a short time frame, and why not any other type of financing, depending on his answer to this I can definitely get him the 100k he he needs but would also make him aware he has less expensive alternatives if he does take the time to get his finances in order. If he provides financial statements, tax returns, audited financials we can get him something long term and eliminate the need for for another MCA every 3 months.

His credit score of 595 is not a factor for us. This seems like an opportunity we might consider. We do engage in buyouts, but we might propose buying out just one position instead of all of them. It's challenging to determine without a closer examination. However, at the very least, it appears to align with our typical considerations.
