cleaning service 3rd position
I have a cleaning service looking for a 3rd. They are doing 400 plus a month. They have two positions totaling $55k currently. They are looking for $300k max and they would like a 12 month term. Please only message me if you are a direct lender. I'm not looking to broker on a deal I'm already brokering. Also please only message me if you do 12 month terms. They arent looking for 3-4 month terms and aren't looking for you to come behind. Thank you

might be able to squeeze 6-7 months oin this one, would need to look at the statements, We prefer the 4 - 6 month range however, cleaning services are generally reliable and this guy is doing good numbers, please feel free to reach out to us.
