    Who is doing trucking nowadays?

It seems like every week more and more lenders are not doing trucking. Does anyone have a list of funders that are still doing trucking?

Trucking is terrible and I wouldn't talk to a trucking merchant except by accident. When lenders change their guidelines I'll start calling them again

I am funding trucking as long as they have at least 3 trucks on the road and good daily balances.

We fund trucking if they are doing at least 150k in revenue and have at least one other position they are making payments on.
I'd be happy to email you our guidelines.

Trucking Companies are very high risk.

Especially if it's one vehicle. If there truck breaks down, they are SOL. Plus when the price of Diesel goes up, that's a huge expense that 9 times out of 10 the Owner will prioritize over paying a funder.

From my experience as well, I see more and more of these Merchants truly not understanding the terms of the agreement or coming across issues with the Brokers. (Bait and switch, LOC Scam, Multiple fundings, false promises or even over promising and under delivering)

You also have to consider the factoring companies that have closed or have had $ issues. That's another big blow.

So at the end of the day if the Risk keeps growing and the reward/return is lowering, the funders will slowly back off this industry.

Many pause for a bit or have strict guidelines that have to be met.

I just closed a trucking deal, where the merchant did $4k last month, but $325k last year. She got $110k on an SBA loan. BTW - 2 trucks and just bought 2 more.

If they have credit near 700, and last 2 years of tax returns... it's possible!

Lexio is legit, honest and communicates clearly and pays commissions on time. Hard to find that in the SOFLO area.
