SBA Express or SBA7(a) Loan or a Bank Term Loan - you don't mention what funding amount they require.
Any commercial property?

Should be looking outside MCA $$$ - unless there is something in the woodpile

I have relationships with lenders who do traditional financing (Sba, term loans, loc).
The merchant needs $300,000 in a fairly short time, reason I am going the uncollateralized route.

I got $350,000 SBA 7A through Cadence bank in 25 days. Have to check and see if they'll do contractors. I have another SBA lender who can do trucking.

I fund that industry in Cali and you do not need your cali licenses with us. We do not go past 6-9 months but if we are a first position we work renewals like a line of credit in a way that extends out the original term and they do not pay double interest on the old money so the term does not matter if they keep taking and needing money.
