    2nd Pos 70K/ month

Just had this deal die at EBF in final review for 35k 130 days since merchant is not currently a resident. His sister owns 30% of the biz and is a citizen and willing to be on the contracts. Was offered 60k from lexio last month and took down 15k. Plenty of room still in the deal. Is this something anyone would consider given the citizenship/residency issues??

Michael P is the best guy I've worked with.

Highly recommend him to anybody willing to fund his deals.

Is he staying in the US legally? does he have a visa? I can probably squeeze in 15-20k here depending on the story, funded few of those in the past.

I would look at this no problem, so long as they are both on contracts and its a healthy file.

I thought so, but either way I DEFINITELY wasn't sending either of them the deal. Thanks for the recommendation I appreciate it.

may be able to match EBF, as for the dual ownership we would just need both owners information so we can put it in the contract,
