Has 2 MCA's 690k & 490k balances . one principal recently went through a divorce and has 514 fico with some personal collections that he's working on. The other principal has 700 fico. Who can make this happen. Seeking a reverse with cash . 16 million on tax returns . Direct Funders only.

Why not use the SBA7(a) to do this?

Because you need at least a 690 fico

You do not. Fico can be a 640.
