    PURCHASING POOLS OF PERFORMING AND NON PERFORMING NOTES $10,000,000 to $50,000,000

    We are in the market looking to purchase mortgages. Our investor is out of NY this firm has a high net worth with an appetite for residential and commercial mortgage paper. Said firm is looking to purchase US based pools in the amount of 10,000,000 up to 50,000,000. They are ok with both performing and non performing assets.

    Direct lender is ready to fund $2.2M cash out commercial property deal for me but doesn't have the private money pool completely funded to sell the note. Yes that isn't a mortgage pool per se.
