...I'll say: they do what they say... but my experience is that the 15% success fee is a bit steep for customers with 700+ credit scores. Pays ISO 2 points. They submit to major banks and credit card companies. I had a client that they told she was qualified for $100k or more with her 800 score... she ended up with a $2k credit card and then had to pay 15% to them, even though she didn't want it (it had already been shipped to her). Not sure this was the solution she was looking for.

I do these deals all the time.. but not with preferred. have had some of my biggest commissions come from Credit stacking/bank loans. We goto our in house partners for 10% commish or biz loans when we want to hand it off.
