Monetafi Funding?

Hello,

Was reaching out to see if anyone has heard of Monetafi Funding - I'm assuming they are a broker because I don't see anything in NYSCEF.

Address: 20200 West Dixie HWY, Aventura FL 33180. - Address comes back to Direct Liquidation & some Doctor's offices.

4 Story Office building according to this search - I would assume has more than 1 tenant

its a 24 cap company, look at the sun biz also dave you looked at the wrong building just saying

White 4 story building with more then 70 entities listed to the address of 20200 West Dixie HWY, Aventura FL 33180.
Unless the properties records is incorrect.

That sounds about right... All their entities usually stem from that address.

Would appear to be a condo office building

You are looking at the building behind it, considering I, unfortunately, worked for them at one point I can tell you for a fact that you are looking at the wrong building, the correct building is the Beacon Tower. it has a 5-level parking garage and 12 story office building on top.

Which has 70 + business entities attached to it, Most are business Condos
