You see it too? I ll jump aboard for 50% without base maybe 30-35% with base - I saw another company that was looking for reps at 7% and they didnt provide leads wow they must be new or have big testoronies lol

No quality closer is coming to work for 10% split. Anyone willing to take that is going to be short lived in your office. They will learn the business then go find someone willing to pay them what they are worth if they have any talent at all.

Gilbert....they will make it up in volume.

To make up in volume Steve a broker would have to feed a rep with exceptional leads - ongoing invest in lots of marketing to get great merchant prospects coming in all the time and be able to churn out offers to the prospect quickly to have a regular shot at closes - so yes I suppose if the broker were a well oiled machine processes sing efficiently there may be a chance to make it up in volume I would try it at 10% under these scenarios which are rare lots of ISO brokers - professional ones that understand to focus on making their teams successful and following through are rare -speed is everything in winning.
