    Selling Restaurant Business Las Vegas NV!!!!!!!

    I have a merchant looking to sell his restaurant says he's ready to retire been in business since 07. Now, he's asking 120k the business does 180k annually. This isn't my area of expertise please help anyone!!!

    You can do a business acquisition through the SBA at 90% Loan to Value (10% down to buyer) ..assuming he owns the property. Need to show cash flow in the business. SBA will accept a seller carryback of 5% so 5% down is possible with buyer. Reach out.
