that should be a sign to stay away in the first place. excess neg days equals default in first 30 days

It's one thing to discuss modifying payments due to loss of revenue, which is the point of the reconciliation clause. Quite another to hire a firm to try to screw the funder.

They are a debt corporate turn around type of lender. The experienced brokers are familiar with RAM and DCRI. They do the same exact thing.
They have its purpose but the people in the MCA space should stay far away.
