OnyxCapital.us - WHO ARE THEY? Tony Rizzo? 285 Fulton?

Guy I've known forever calls me for an SBA.
Didn't qualify, so we were going to get him some bridge funding.
Qualifies for $175k, only wanted $50k max.

I cautiously send to 3 funders.

We decide to request contracts on 2 of them, as one of them, was already telling us chances were it would die in final.

My client gets a call from someone named Tony Rizzo at OnyxCapital.us.

He literally tells my client that he will match the funding, but do it 4 points cheaper to cut me out.

Problem is: No one submitted to him.

    I called him. 516-246-6086.

Told him I represented the client, and wanted to know where he got our information from.
He froze. Then went into a panic about how I was not the owner.

The client is terrified now because he has no idea how they got all of his information.

I told this Tony guy that he needed to disclose who sold him that information and how he obtained it or be reported to the FBI.

    He chose to hang up.

Anyone want to vouch for this guy?

I'm going to find out because this merchant is being cooperative with providing emails.

Which lenders did you submit to, I am sure we can narrow it down from there

I'd rather find out who this stinker is and/or who's empowering him.

Need proof before I go accusing any funder.

I already have proof from my client on what "Tony" did.

FBI? One of the three funders you subbed to backdoored the file either via their broker arm or a company/person that has no connection to them at all...

You just need to pinpoint who is the lender that backdoored it and stop working with them. This is becoming more and more common unfortunately.

Stopping to work with someone does not fix the problem. It actually helps them to continue their mess. With this post, there is a record of the situation, if someone else comes across this kind of problem with this person, there is a record now of history.

My client feels the same. That unwanted unsolicited phone call with sensitive details about you and your business, over a call, from someone you have NO idea who it is... causes panic to a business owner with a 750 credit score. So, this isn't a lay down situation. It could cause TONS of damage for his credit, financial outlook and more.

if you run into another client who "doesn't qualify" for an sba feel free to reach out, our bank have no credit or collateral requirements and only go directly by sba guidelines with no extra rules put in place.
