Carlos, this is a broker. Do your due diligence wisely and call the funders advertising on this forum first. A lot of them do 6th to 10th positions. Wynwood for example

Instead of giving them a 4,5,6th positions that they will inevitably default on why not give them debt restructuring and actually help them?

We will look and fund a 4th position but agree with @bcooper , a 5th position and on is just asking to be overleveraged and in default territory

Do funders work with you knowing you advocate for debt restructuring?

Well when we get files submitted to us that are super overleveraged and the merchant is in way over their heads, its nice to have a source where we could send these types of merchants to help them out and educate them to not stack funding's to the point of no return

My firm does not fund or process MCA transactions so this question is slightly irrelevant, but I will say that I've yet to meet a lender that wouldn't prefer their overleveraged file end up in debt restructuring not settlement as they get paid in full with our program.

    Options for these people:

Asset based lending - equipment, vehicles, land, etc.
Hard money property loans to take out MCA's
Personal loans if Fico is 700+

There are other options to find money other than MCA's.

And these people need accounting services badly - reach on that too.

couldn't agree more Steve, accounting is a major problem we see as well, and is why most folks end up in mca. Unfortunately by the time they get to the john bruans, and everydays there isn't much left you can do its either debt restructuring or settlement.

Not so much the accounting, they're not stealing from the IRS, it's more of a question of having an outsourced CFO that they likely can't afford.

That's accounting services remote CFO. And structuring their finances for an ongoing operating business that will need low cost funding now and in the future. Most all of these companies just hire a tax preparation person that does tax avoidance, not financial accounting services.

Anyone can afford an outsourced CFO. Like most small businesses, they have small budgets and big expectations. So many owners think a bookkeeper can provide insight on par with a CFO is ludacris. I also find that owners are either very financially literate or not at all. You can get a decent outsourced CFO for 3-5k. The problem is that a CFO doesnt do bookkeeping, taxes, a/r, a/p, etc so you will pay more as an outsource or you will need to still internally hire someone and then you will do mental gymnastics that you don't need to spend that much to manage your finances and out of no where you are 5 positions deep with the only option of quitting and starting over.

CPAs are also trash. I used to think that a CPA certification meant something. It doesn't. A quality CPA is very hard to come by. The amount of CPAs that don't answer the phone blows my mind.

Aside from the fact that it used to be that someone was called out for being fake the second they mentioned "lender" instead of "funder."

We do depending on the Debt Ratio and Receivables. We also fund Previous Defaults as long as they are in a payment plan or have satisfied the default.

We do not check any credit, so credit score is not a factor for us.

Previous bankruptcies as long as terminated or discharged are fine as well.

I can take a look at those deals. If the daily balances are strong and merchant has MCA history, send it over.
