Hey all,

We use Zendesk Sell as our CRM. They have a native dialer and SMS/MMS service in their CRM (via Twilio which is natively integrated and the VOIP numbers are owned to by Zendesk Sell and leased out to us).

We had to put in our application twice and we were just rejected after 7+ weeks. We are a broker. I am looking for someone who can provide insight on what they did to get their brands and campaigns approved as we are falling into the forbidden category as seen below:

High-risk financial services
Payday loans
Short term high-interest loans
New loan soliciting
Third-party loans
Student loans
Cryptocurrency
Stocks and investing platforms
"Third-party" means originating from any party other than the one which will service the loan.

Examples of third-party loans could include: auto, mortgage, personal, etc.

First party loan content is acceptable if it is not promotional messaging.

No businesses that solely operate in stocks, investing, or cryptocurrency are allowed to send SMS traffic. If there is a mixed use case where that is a partial aspect of the business it may be approved based on the other use case content.

Does anyone have any service that helped them get an expedited approval as starting tomorrow we will not be able to SMS/MMS.

Any help would be appreciated and happy to compensate people who point me in the right direction
