    10DLC Registration

    Hey all,

    We use Zendesk Sell as our CRM. They have a native dialer and SMS/MMS service in their CRM (via Twilio which is natively integrated and the VOIP numbers are owned to by Zendesk Sell and leased out to us).

    We had to put in our application twice and we were just rejected after 7+ weeks. We are a broker. I am looking for someone who can provide insight on what they did to get their brands and campaigns approved as we are falling into the forbidden category as seen below:

    Forbidden message categories for SMS/MMS in the US/Canada
    Category Examples Notes
    High-risk financial services
    Payday loans
    Short term high-interest loans
    New loan soliciting
    Third-party loans
    Student loans
    Cryptocurrency
    Stocks and investing platforms
    "Third-party" means originating from any party other than the one which will service the loan.

    Examples of third-party loans could include: auto, mortgage, personal, etc.

    First party loan content is acceptable if it is not promotional messaging.

    No businesses that solely operate in stocks, investing, or cryptocurrency are allowed to send SMS traffic. If there is a mixed use case where that is a partial aspect of the business it may be approved based on the other use case content.

    Does anyone have any service that helped them get an expedited approval as starting tomorrow we will not be able to SMS/MMS.

    Any help would be appreciated and happy to compensate people who point me in the right direction

    Hi Ryan,

    How were you using SMS through Twillio? SMS templates, custom texts by agents, and/or text blast?

    All manual customs texts directly in our CRM (which uses Twilio but we don't interface with Twilio at all). Example below:

    Understood. How many texts are sent on average in a day and with how many agents?

    200 or so a day. 21 agents

    Twillio is making it extremely difficult to get approved. Being in the lending industry, chances are you wont get approved by Twillio. I've seen this happen far to many times.

    Have you looked into other CRM providers that include SMS marketing with their application?

    So what is the best solutions right now, Entrance has issues and other SMS providers are shady..

    I have looked into many and like Zendesk Sell they use Twilio as the backend to process the messages. Do you know of any good alternatives that do not use twilio and are feature/integration friendly?

    I have sms and mms txting software it is capable of using Twilio on Telnyx. It will all lookup the phone numbers and tell you if they are mobile or land line or pager so you can have clean runs.

    Direct texting ie less than a penny a txt - I have a programer who custom wrote the code - let me know if you need help
