some funders are just entitled.. morbidly obese hogs ... bursting out of their sweatpants ... and just do not understand the hustle, and cost it takes for that file to get in front of them.

I get it but lenders take 10x more risk than brokers do. There's no comparison in my opinion.

10% origination is completely normal for a high risk funder, not considering the big dogs like ebf, forward, etc...
