What state are they located? Hows the FICO? Don't think you'll find a home with an MCA/Daily payment lender but some of the high risk term loan providers don't necessarily care about the seasonality.

The payback months aren't very strong if you were to qualify him right now. Even with collateral the balances do not support a large advance...

MFS Global would have been a good choice for them if they didn't have so many NSFs. He starts picking up in April... Tricky. How is his credit? You can try to qualify him for a LOC so he can use it at his disposal... monthly payments...
