I see a lot of advertising from GFE paying 12 points at 1.2 something sell rates. How many deals have you guys actually gotten paid like this or is it mainly a marketing ploy? (Not asking if they fund in general - I know they do).

Legit. New shop here. We signed ISO agreement and funded 1st deal same day. We did a reverse + an add on.
