Hello DF forum, does anyone recommend a syndication platform where i can put up funds without being the
originating broker to deploy idle capital? We internally generate decent volume but not wanting to risk too much capital on one deal and have it potentially go bad. We currently syndicate on all loan volume but not enough units to deploy enough capital, ive invested on the e Prodigy platform in the past but now they require a 25k minimum per file. I saw merchant marketplace but havent tried it.
Any suggestions?

Im also open to anyone that would allow me to syndicate on their volume and pay a fee or charge a few points on your volume should you not want to put full dollars into each loan. Maybe we can create an escrow account or something of that nature.

merchant marketplace and supervest . But you are probably better off asking a funder you have a good relationship if they can put you across there book with a small percentage

Call Andrew fellus or Anthony diamond @ tvt. They're the only platform I personally trust.
