Who Can Fund A Merchant With A Default In A Payment Plan
I have a file doing $100k per month with clean statements. The merchant currently has a cc split in place. The merchant has a judgment on his company due to a default on a totally separate company he owns. The lender he defaulted on placed judgments on all businesses that he owns. He has a payment plan as of Aug. 8th. Can anyone fund this merchant?
