For industries not on our restricted list, we require the following:
● Net deposits > $40,000 / month and minimum 4 deposits.
● Time in business > 1 year
● Credit score > 600 for longer terms; > 500 for higher risk.
● Negative days less than 6 per month.
● Average daily balance > 3x the daily payback amount in our offer.
● Background clear of finance-related criminal record.
● Judgments – Unsatisfied judgments from a financial institution or MCA is
an auto-decline.
● Tax Liens must be satisfied or under a payment plan.
● Bankruptcies – Case by case.

Restricted:
● Trucking & logistics
● Nonprofit organizations
● Debt consolidation / credit counseling
● Financial institutions / investment firms

Limited: MUST HAVE A NATIONAL BANK ACCOUNT AS MAIN ACCOUNT
● Real estate / property management
● Gas & oil sales - Good credit and background.
● Construction - 5 years in business, monthly revenue > $200K
● Flooring- $100k
● Most law firms (case by case)
● Consulting
● Auto sales - minimum 100k monthly revenue
● Staffing / Brokerage Firms

● Early Payoff Discounts for 30/45/60 business days on a deal-by-deal basis.
● Weekly payment schedule is available if all other positions are weekly.
● Up to 5 existing positions (us being 6th) but must stay less than 50%
leveraged. And yes we fund 1st positions.
