Do you guys or gals know of any Real Estate Collateral lender willing to go in 2nd position and blanket multiple properties as a bridge loan..

I have several lenders who can do blanket liens...but not second position. I also have portfolio lenders.... Most of these deals (hard money) I put in 10 year Interest Only around 1% a month payment......, then amortized with a 1 year prepay buydown at 1% cost.

I have one lender who might go second position on commercial to a max of 65% CLTV.

Can you get me a SREO? Schedule of Real Estate?

I can also do full docs, dscr, etc.
