Why am i seeing Berkovitch Bouskila funding deals?

i thought they did collections

Curious what would be the issue. Lets say for argument sake, they collected full RTR for the defaulted lender and now they feel comfortable putting their own money into the deal.

If anything, legal would probably be the best kind of funder because they know what they can go after if the deal defaults.

Kind of dumb to not white label, but I dont see any issue pending there was no funny business with the file.
