I have my old go-to guys for Canada, but it's been since before COVID, so I don't even know how active they are, if at all... but they used to do MCAs & real estate loans there...

If just MCA, though their management changed, & perhaps for the worst of worst, BFS may still find MCAs there...if they're even in business.
