Funding vs. Rare Stone w/ Verifiable Value as Collateral
Who does it? What's the max funding? How fast? & Does the asset have to be moved to their own storage location?
PledgeCap used to provide funding of that sort very quickly, but required that the asset be moved to a nearby storage location.
I don't think PledgeCap is still in business. If they are, then they probably changed the name..
I need a similar asset-based lender who funds quickly.

Very high value. Borro can't do it. There's no way for them to assign it a secondary market value.
