I guess since this thread resurrected, ill mention that we (TMRNOW) not only still fund Transportation and Construction (seems alot of funders are shying away from both) but we actually reward certain approvals on these higher risk industries with longer than typical terms, if they meet the criteria outlined in my buy rates I can send you if youre interested/curious.

Construction isn't even remotely a problem compared to trucking, it's in a whole league of its own right now. Doubt you will reward trucking files with longer terms just sales jargon to brokers

Our terms on first positions are open ended kind of like a line of credit of sorts. We have trucking oand constction deals that have been funding with us for years and it is one continuous term,

When someone is offering multiple products on their website, they're a broker.

They advertise that they offer Asset-Based, Bridge Funding, LOCs and MCAs (and MCAs are the last option), and their linked Instagram account offers "personal funding", then they're definitely brokers. Maybe they are white-labeled funding also, but they for sure are advertising broker services.

On their website, the phone number 215-514-6931 and that links to the DF thread here https://dailyfunder.com/showthread.p...atinum-Capital
Florida SOS says FORETRUST-FUNDING LLC was incorporated May 7, 2024, and the owner is Ronald Shusterman, https://www.linkedin.com/in/ronald-s...man-501184193/ which says Lyfe Advance, but the icon links to AmeriFi Capital

I just admit, Fundthis! has posted MANY times on the forum over the years about "not looking for a broker" and "looking for direct" so Michael knows what it is to be direct. I'm just going to point out that according to the Foretrust website, you also broker out deals. What's your connection with that Platinum thread?

We are new funders, why isn't @admin banning someone that accuses without knowing what they are talking about?

Anyone relying on court cases as their proof of being direct is probably a broker. Court cases are unreliable as evidence of anything. Plus, which courts did you check? New York, Florida, Utah, California, Texas, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Federal?

    https://debanked.com/2024/05/how-eve...direct-funder/

There are lenders who lend in states other than California but I get your point. Let's ask him if he does loans or MCAs first.

Truckers are having enough trouble staying alive and the last thing they need is a MCA.

    Triumph factoring:

In general if a company has 1-2 trucks they are priced at 2.99% flat, no minimums. If they have 3 or more we could do a volume based program…

Prior Month’s Volume Next Month’s Rate

    0-$25k 2.99%

    $25k-$50k 2.75%

    $50-$100k 2.49%

    $100k+ 1.99%

Vader is really the only one. At least on the small ones. There are a few others who have minimum deposit restrictions around $50k+. But Vader has been the only consistent 1st position trucking for a while

I don't work with Vader but Forward and Big Bitty are good for trucking, especially Big Bitty. Legend does it but only gives 4 month approvals so it's a waste

Seth, does forward require you to close x amount of deals a month to keep you active?

Above my pay grade, we do enough business with them that I doubt it would matter
