What happened to Greenbuck?

Does anyone here work with Greenbuck? They're unresponsive. Must have sent them 40 Subs and no response. Other than that they owe commissions. cant get anyone on the phone. No email responses. NOTHING!

First that sucks. That said after you didnt get answers on the first 10-20 submissions why did you keep sending deals?

They usually take a day to answer the subs. The subs were sent within a two day period.

Why ISO's send their deals to "funders" who never appear in statements is truly bizarre.

If you know who they are then why are you complaining. If they know you and you know them, there should not be a problem. If you don't know them very well..... well that's YOUR fault. Why the F would you send 40 files of prospect/client information without a call to your relationship as heads up and then send them over a secured network.

literally seen them only once, going sbs with another company that i'd also never seen in a statement.
