    Successful 1MM month revenue business - Hospitality sector seeks funding

    I have all the paperwork already, they have open positions, great credit and plenty of leverage, well established.

    Looking for help getting them funding quickly.

    If it is a good file why are you having issues finding a place to fund this. If there is room in the gross and depending on the daily balances and credit i might be able to give an offer.

    For longer term deal down the road...

    I have a direct lender that does hospitality...reach out,

    Doing $6.4M hotel 5.9% 10 year fixed, amortized 20 after.

    Paying off SBA 7A, equipment, MCA's and getting working capital.
