I have a merchant that I had approved for 45k three months ago but didn't get back to
me for various reasons, He contacted me yesterday about his unique situation and why he didn't
get back to me sooner. His finance manager was stealing from the company and stole close
to 600,000 dollars from the business and was arrested and sent to jail, he had a bilateral
account that he was transferring money 2 and had been doing so for 8 months. He has been in business for 14
months I have his profit and loss statements as well as 4 months of bank statements from his
previous TD Bank account, he had to set up a new bank acct because of the situation and is looking
for a max offer and term, his partner has a piece of property worth 1.2 million and is willing to do
a collateralized deal he was averaging around 125,000 a month last time I checked in October.
