Depends if its from a broker perspective or a syndicates perspective.
Broker perspective, Not doing very simple underwriting upfront, and killing deal on the backend for something that should of been accounted for in the beginning. (Negative days in the month to date when the month to date is sent upfront, Missing positions) etc etc. Not saying names. But yes this happens very often.

Syndicates perspective, going to aggressive on a deal because the broker said "trust me I've been funding this guy for years, hes a payer" going to aggressive on a deal to maintain a relationship with said broker.

I posted that as I got a file from a broker..and I got a good reference from a reputable source.....as I said I don't do MCA's and I don't double fund. I haven't submitted a MCA file in a long time. Been maybe months and it's only because I get files from other brokers.

I didn't say not signed up, I don't submit many at all as all the brokers who contact me are already signed up with MCA people and come to me for SBA, hard money property, personal loans, equipment financing.

Once in a while a broker will ask me to submit a file with a lender they are not signed up with .

Maybe that happens once every month or two.

What you do makes no difference to me .However You were asking for someone to be banned by saying i don't do mca .which is a lie i called you out on . now like a politician you are dailing it back and saying you do it once in awhile .

This forum seems toxic at times. I was hoping this would be a good space to connect with people in the industry without the drama of facebook.

As a new guy to the industry and this group I'm pretty worried about the direction both are headed.

You should be, I recently left this industry due to all the lying and how unregulated it is and haven't looked back since. Too many sketchy players on here for sure!

I'm confused. If you left the industry then why are you still on this forum?

I started my professional sales career at a used car dealership. I'm not stranger to unscrupulous actors. Nothing like being a 19yo starting out in the industry watching 50yo salesmen do bumps of cocaine off the trunk of a ford Taurus before taking customers out for test drives.

I don't understand why it bothers everyone that he has his own process of how he wants to help a merchant/prospect/client?! I work closely with Olderguy and I understand what he is trying to communicate here but I feel it is a losing battle because "you" have made up your minds and he is taking a side against the herd mentality. I understand the MCA business and why it exists. I think everyone here seems to be attacking someone who operates in a different capacity. I know first-hand that Olderguy tries to HELP out where and when he can. Aren't there more productive means to the forum on ways to obtain business?!

Their is no forum rule that people can not call out your bull ****. I reread this page multiple times and you clearly contradict yourself. The only one going against forum policy that can get ban is YOU misrepresenting yourself. Not a good idea to keep asking for everyone else on this forum to get banned when you are the only guilty one.
