Re property free and clear
Anyone have a creative hard money lender for a SFR property in WA. Valued around 600K, main issue is property is in probate however my client is executor and beneficiary.

Near as I know, has to be out of probate....then we can do something...it's locked up until then. You can pay bills in probate using cash that is in probate. Probate is like bankruptcy....
Your probate attorney should have the answer to this...did they not say?
A property being in probate will not allow any buyer (or lender, for that matter) to obtain a clear title policy.Last edited by Olderguy; 07-28-2023 at 09:58 AM.
