    300K Deposits but only 1 NEW Tradeline on personal credit

    Doing 300K per month
    in Biz 15 years
    No MCA

    Fico is 620 cause they just got a credit card a few months ago....So don't have any personal credit....

    Any suggestions?

    How do their tax returns look? P & L and balance sheet? I have a SBA guy who might do it if cash flow looks good and low DTI. Assuming they qualify and that's the only issue....Reach out. All we can do is try.

    Tax Returns are ok but the SBA will take to long.. They are looking for something quicker..

    I got Cadence bank to do SBA 7A in 25 days.

    Take a MCA for what you need for 30 days and do SBA for the rest.
