Need a long term lender trying to beat a deal

I have a client that has an 80 week offer. I got them a crazy 183k offer buying out two positions totaling 60k for 12 months from pirs. They have a smaller offer buying out the 60k then netting them 70k for 80 weeks. I need to beat this deal and early pays. Client is making 130-150k a month, restaurant, has been in busienss 7 years.

Would a SBA Bolt or Express work?

Do they qualify? How are the margins? Are they making money?

I've been able to do one in 25 days.

Can they take the least they need to go in that direction?

    Bolt requirements:

    Terms
► Loan amount: From $30,000 to $150,000 (subject to credit approval)
    ► 10 year repayment term
► Pricing: Typical interest rates are a variable rate of Prime Rate plus 2.75% – 3.75%
    ► No prepayment penalties

    Pre-qualification minimum criteria 3
    ► 2 years in business
    ► 700+ FICO score
► No bankruptcies in the past 3 years
► No outstanding tax liens 4
► $150,000+ in annual business revenue

    Typical approval requirements
► 1 year personal tax returns
► 2 years of business tax returns
► Driver’s License (color photo of the front and back of license)
