    You provide minimal information

    Why did they default
    Industry?
    TIB?
    State?
    Industry?
Why would they not default again?

Just basic information that needs to be disclosed!

So Steve, you just try anybody and anyone? Jett was called out on this forum recently. Lemon - we know nothing about them other than they had one post on DF.

I'm not against sending trial files, you gotta start somewhere. However, to the newbies here, I would not recommend giving them your thumbs up stamp of approval until you are sure that these funders actually fund and didn't steal the deals. That's not content we need or want. I sent trial files to many funders over the years, and was pleasantly surprised and only once I found out that they were as honest as they are, now I have no problem sending them files (if I was focused on MCA) or tooting their horn here or if someone asks me for a contact over there to give it to them.

I've gotten offers from Jett and have a reliable source about them.....but yes who knows.

Lemon I just reached out for the first time and will see.

Small files and testing the waters.

Sure - everyone should do due diligence.

    Defaults have limited options.

Legend will fund a prior default with a ZBL and 90 day pay history. You can PM me for some higher risk funders that may as well that our office has had success with.

Nobody should be sending financial and personal information about a prospect they do NOT know.

    David,

Let's play connect the dots...... Your signature has a NJ number with no address. Your company website has pretty pictures of NY City and a Miami number. Your LinkedIn account suggests you are based near Tampa.......

    not sure what you're asking...

want to know why my voip # is nj?
Couldn't find our address on the website? Look again, and if you have further difficulty you have bigger problems than worrying about our web developer choosing the pictures that they did

    David:

    It's constructive criticism.

Take it in the way it was meant.

We get a lot of BS people posting on this site and they are trying to do a better job of vetting people.

Adding an address to your website can't be that difficult.

Jett does offer but 30% is the fee for a 25-30 days deal!!

What about Lemon, how are they? can you please share the experience with them please.

Many lenders will consider funding a deal with a previous default, especially if it has been paid in full and they have proof. However, industry type, the duration of time the business has been operating, and its revenue play significant roles in determining where the deal can be placed successfully. For future inquiries about deal placement, please provide as much relevant information as possible to assist in finding the best-fit lender.
