I have been seeing this company more and more in statements. They just destroyed 4 very good deals of mine by funding charging a crazy percentage in fees and promising the merchant a line of credit if they pay back in full in two days and destroying the deals. Does anyone have any information on who these guys are? I'd like to explain to them the simple known rules of Cash advance. what they are doing aren't MCA loans it's straight stealing!

Exactly, there are a number of threads on this, the best action you can take is to warn your merchants that when a deal seems to good to be true, it's because it is.

Promised LOCs with small, short deals with insane fees to prove that you can clear payments are never real.

I've seen Micah offer his white label video to ppl here and if you're dealing with merchants directly I highly suggest taking him up on it.

Blue Rock Capital Grouphas been doing the same and broke 1 deal this week and tried scamming another merchant of mine but she picked up on it.

I advised both to contact the attorney general. Unfortunately only way to make this stop is to take action and of course educating on the topic as ABfunders mentioned.

I came across a link containing reviews left by some merchants, and it made me feel bad for them. It appears that there are people engaging in fraudulent activities, and it's important that we work together as an industry to put a stop to it. These bad actors can ruin everything for us. They seem to be using MCAS for straight-wire fraud, which is criminal! see the link below.
