Plumbing company, 150k/mo rev, had 3 positions, all are falling in a week.

He has a 550 fico and is behind on child support. His kid lives with him as of 6 months ago hence why he isn't paying and the ex isn't suing or anything. He doesn't have legal docs to prove it. All 3 lenders are b/c funders. He is located in a good state (not va Utah ca).

I have 70k 30 weeks 1.33 buy. I need 38-44 weeks at a 1.38 sell rate paying 7-8 points.
