Hard Money Lender - Miami, FL
Hello,
Currently have a client that needs a hard money loan 70-75% LTV. Preferably a lender that strictly lends on the ARV.
BPO is currently $635k.
Property is an investment property located in Miami, FL 33196. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
Payoff is at $350,000.
Client does not have credit, nor income, again looking to lend on the ARV and cash out the max if possible.
Please let me know if this is possible or point me in the direction of finding a hard money lender that can get this deal done asap. Looking to close ASAP.

Reach out...May be able to do it...need more information...
But no Fico?...please explain...
Rehab with no credit - that will be an issue....
Cash out?
Not 70% to 75% LTV though
