As long as the client is willing to go through the ringer (2 weeks or so and a lot more docs than you and I usually need) I have a lender that can get this done.

If they have no collateral it means they have a flooring plan in place.. The lenders the member above is referring to will likely not want to fund someone with a UCC 1 in place. If the dealership has not pledged all of his collateral there are ways to assist, sans that an aggressive funder seeking sub prime paper will step up to the plate..
