    Logistics Company 300-400k/mo seeking 200-250K

    Good Day All,

I have a Logistics Company (not a trucking company, so no equipment) seeking 200-250K. FICO 680+, 300-400K monthly deposits. Was offered 215K, but monthly payments were 45K which was a non-starter. Merchant is okay with the rates, just needs the term stretched. No collateral.

    Can anyone advise? Thanks!

Any reason couldn't get SBA 7A?
Have they filed 2022 tax returns?
    Are they making money?

I am doing one right now...for logistics company
    Doing a LOC...
And doing cash out on equipment
Waiting for 2022 taxes for SBA 7A.

    Thanks Olderguy,

Still working on the tax returns, but don't really want to wait for the SBA process. They are cashflowing, and they're ok with the rates, just seeking a longer term

I got one done in 25 days through Cadence Bank.

    Non collateralized.

I assume everything cash flows for it.

You left out some details, but in general I have a Private Lender that may be able to offer them a longer-term MCA or possibly a Term Loan

So why not consider getting the least amount they need with an early pay discount and then look at prequalifying for a SBA 7A.

Thank you Yankeeman and Olderguy. Client does want a stretched out MCA, but I will also suggest taking minimum amount and possibly work on SBA.

That is not the actual trucking company but it is still transportation and right now a lot funders are not going out long on that industry so around 6 months will most likely be maxed for most funders. My company maxes transportation at 6 months right now but if a merchant comes back for more continuously term does not matter because we add the new money to tbe back of the old and they do not pay for it until the old balances is finished like a sort of credit line. I have merchants that started off with 6-8 month terms and now been funded 17-19 times o er 5-6 years as a credit line.
